Make a call

You can make calls from the phone on your computer or mobile device.

Supported platforms: Windows, Mac, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, iOS, Android

Dial a number manually

1. Select Calls in the top navigation bar.
2. Use the dialpad on the right to enter the phone number (on mobile devices or small viewports, the dialpad can be opened via the button on the top right while on the 'Calls' page)
3. Click the green call button to place the call.

Tip: For international calls, enter the country code before the phone number (for example, enter 1 for the US or Canada, or 44 for the UK).

Call a contact

1. Select Calls in the top navigation bar.
2. Click or tap the Contacts tab.
3. Find the person you want to call and click the phone icon next to their name.

Note: The Contacts tab only shows contacts that have a phone number on file.

Call from your recent calls list

1. Select Calls in the top navigation bar.
2. In the Recents tab, hover over the person you want to call.
3. Click or tap the phone icon to the right of their name.
