Manage Audio During a Call

During an active call, you can control your microphone and audio output using the call controls.


Mute and unmute your microphone

Click or tap the microphone icon to mute yourself. The icon will display a line through it to indicate you are muted. Click or tap it again to unmute.


Change your audio output

On desktop:

  1. During an active call, click or tap the speaker icon in the call controls.
  2. A menu will appear showing your available microphone and speaker devices.
  3. Select your preferred device from each section.


On mobile:

Click or tap the speaker icon to toggle the speaker on or off. When the speaker is off, audio will play through your earpiece or connected headset.
