Place a Call on Hold

You can place an active call on hold at any time during the call.


Put a call on hold


  1. During an active call, click or tap the pause icon (⏸)  in the call controls.
  2. The caller will be placed on hold.


Resume a call

To resume the call, click or tap the pause icon (⏸) again.
